Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and helpful. Tito was my salesman. From the moment I met Tito, I knew my experience would be great. He has a total appreciation of the Porsche brand, and enthusiastically explained the intricacies of each vehicle. I bought the exact car I wanted, and drove away a happy customer. Horrendous experience and constant run around for a simple warranty cancellation. I requested a cancellation of an extended warranty and followed all instructions provided. So far 3 weeks after the d simple warranty cancellation. I requested a cancellation of an extended warranty and followed all instructions provided. So far 3 weeks after the dealership got paid from the warranty company, they still have not refunded me, rather just responding with false promises ("we will expedite", "We will promptly process",) only to find out I have to wait another month to 6 weeks (9 weeks they expect me to wait after they got paid.) This is a terrible greedy dealership employed with trained blatant liars. More

I live in California and spent over 1 month searching for the right sports car. I made offers at a small dealer in Seattle, only to have the owner back out of a deal that was made less than 24hrs prior. The the right sports car. The dealership in San Antonio does not allow buyers to get pre-owned vehicles inspected off of their lots. I found the same vehicle in Roswell Georgia at Hennessy Porsche. I contacted them by message from a popular online site. Scott Hamilton, the internet sales manager contacted me by morning. We had a few conversations about the vehicle and Mr Hamilton was so helpful. I had a few questions and requests, he handled them professionally and quickly. Scott and his team came to a price that we agreed upon, I made travel plans that day. I was in Georgia at Hennessy Porsche driving my new car in less than a week after the deal we made. The Dealership is beautiful, from the moment I was greeted by the reception desk I knew I made the right decision. If you or anyone you know comes across a new or pre-owned vehicle for sale at Hennessy Porsche in Roswell, you will be very impressed. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle or 2 from Hennessy Porsche. A shout out to Drew and John that worked on this deal with Scott, thank you gentlemen, ladies at the front reception, and the entire team at Hennessy!
