Not a deal Took my car back for follow up service and they recommended 4 new items needed to be fixed from the 2 original items that needed to be serviced. Took my car to another BMW dealership with the estimate that they gave me and they only charged me $2,300 for the same items. More

Not right now I was never notified that my car was ready. When I arrived to pick my car the wait was 25 minutes to get it from their warehouse. He was very knowledgable, personable, and pointed out all the features. Very detailed and noticed a few minor items that he would have corrected for us.
