I had the most exemplary experience having my cars first service appointment. I was continuously notified of the progress and sent a video of my car being worked on. The gentleman who picked up my car and returned it to me was very careful as well as the gentleman who called about the pickup. Higor at Herb chamber’s BMW of Boston has a Great customer service and prompt response for any questions a customer complaints about the car issues. He accommodated my needs for a loaner and kept me updated with the progress of my car maintenance over the period my car stayed there.. Don’t worry about shopping fir the best deal or the special discount, Higor knows how to genuinely give you the best deal available without asking.. I highly recommend this location for servicing your BMW after I had the worst customer service ever at the BMW of Peabody. More

Only neg was Omar. Too much idle chatter which I tried to tolerate. Then too much personal talk about buying his own house and how the Asians always were there first. I asked if he was profiling.
