Exchanged a few emails with Sara E., who was a doll and a pleasure to work with, and even tried hard to obtain the original Monroney sticker from the previous owner at my request. Visited the dealership at the end of December and worked with Richard Baldani, who is also very pleasant to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure that I have everything I need for the new vehicle (and I am very OC regarding my cars) though their pricing was rigid with their SMART pricing (have a few comparable vehicles that are priced competitively though from independent dealers since I have been researching the vehicle for almost 8 months), which was not his fault. He is also very knowledgeable about the vehicle and BMWs in general (I rarely say this since I've been in love with BMWs since I was 5 and not a lot of consultants has the BMW knowledge comparable to mine), which is very comforting. They have reduced pricing over a month and discounted at the end of year to help move inventory, which finally came within my budget. Justin Shin, the finance manager was also good to work with and offered very attractive rates from BMW financial, even better than my CPC (Chase) preferred rates, which came as a surprise. Communication from them was also great and Rich tried to keep me up-to-date since they had to ship the car and registering it from a different state. Though their vehicle pricing could have been more attractive, I would definitely do business with them again simply from their great customer service. More

However, Jing and others made the experience positive, with thorough answers to my questions and reasonable discussions around pricing. So much so, that I ended up buying a nice 340 the next day. I called in to check on specific car availability, spoke to Rubia Akram, she convinced me the drive would be worth it. Our sales rep. Ahmed Jabrane was truly fantastic. My wife and I were about to call it a day, Ahmed went the extra mile to keep us there and insure we would leave with a car we would love. Ahmed was respectful and knowledgeable of all aspects of the process.I must say buying a car is not a process I was fond of, Ahmed changed all that. I actually feel we made a friend that day, that is a big wow for me. Dan Mahoney, BMW Genius, dropped off our new car and was also great, he spent as much time as we needed to acclimate us to our new car. I've got to say it was best car buying experience ever! I also recommend looking for Ahmed Jabrane for help with completing your purchase because of his excellent work and customer service. Ahmed has always been in contact with me since my first BMW purchase in 2009 with e-mails every now and then or just saying hi when I come in for service. He is very helpful when I began looking for a new vehicle recently and always offered the help I needed in multiple ways (e-mails, phone calls, in-person). I am working with him on my new purchase of a BMW soon, and the experience/interactions have all been enjoyable. I am happy to say that I will continue to stay as a BMW customer (maybe for the rest of my life) because of Ahmed's great work and help. More
Worst service experience This is the first time I have ever written a negative experience as I typically want to write to thank people for their efforts. For the sake of others, I feel compelled to say having my car serviced their was awful. Everything was covered under warranty so this is not about price, but about total lack of professionalism demonstrated by their service team. It started with them not finding the car for a day on location and it was towed to them by BMW assiststance. Despite multiple calls over 10 Days trying to get a status, not once did anyone ever reach out to me. Even more strangely, called Saturday am and they told me work had been completed. No one called to tell me that. It ended with literally waiting 1 hour from when after I got there and they called for the car to be brought to me. Laughably, the service desk told me to wait outside in the alley as no one comes in to tell you it is there. After standing outside for 10 mins in 5 degree weather I went inside and found a sales manager who did everything she could to get things sorted (kudos to Jano as she absolutely was helpful as was Kyle). Rest of service team was totally disinterested. Hard to believe that this goes on in the service side as the sales part seems well run. I own both a Porsche and a BMW. I will never do business with Herb Chambers after this experience. More

Great Service! Great Team! Amazing people! I came in for regular scheduled service and, as always, I felt like coming to visit friends. Ahmed Jabrane, my long time sales advisor, came and spend time to make sure I’m getting the best service. He didn’t have to worry much as Dan Blash from Service had already set up everything as I could tell by the sight of my name displayed big on a monitor to welcome me! I did not order a loaner in advance as I thought iwoildnt need one. However, the software update on the car needed time and I was set up with a loaner in like 15 min. or so. Ahmed stayed with me the whole time to make sure I was being taken care of. I mean, little things make a difference and great service is all about about that. Then my treat went on as Theo from the loan department employee provided the friendliest service to send me off as quickly as possible. I know it’s Christmas time, but this is not the first time I have received such exceptional service and this time decided to write about it. Thank you! More
