Outstanding Management & Sales Team team I recently purchased a Cert Pre-Owned BMW from this dealership. A week later, I decided I wanted to switch it for another Cert Pre-Owned BMW. The proc I recently purchased a Cert Pre-Owned BMW from this dealership. A week later, I decided I wanted to switch it for another Cert Pre-Owned BMW. The process was easy and several members of the staff made it an outstanding experience. First- Melissa Steffi, the GM truly understands Customer Service. I came back to this dealership primarily because of 2 very positive experiences with her over the years. Despite her large role and vast responsibilities, she always has time for for a one on one with any customer. Next- Jason Rocco, the Sales Mgr is friendly, personable and professional. Instantly likable guy. He is truly several notches above most people in this position at other dealerships. He dis-spells the stereotype of people in this position. Third, Moustafa Hamouda, one of the Business Managers. This young man is among the most refined, eloquent, interesting and intelligent people I have ever dealt with in any business situation. He is a role model for anyone especially other Millenials. He made the process of switching cars very easy. I could have stayed and talked business, family, politics etc with him for hours. Finally, John Voong, BMW Genius- This young man has the role of sales support during the purchase and at delivery. He knows how to clearly demonstrate many of the features of the car in a very understandable manner. He wants to help make your experience in purchasing and ownership positive. Inspection stickers are covered in my lease agreement. Factory maintenance and inspection is covered, after 20+ minutes on hold I'll expect to be credited. The service here is not what I expect. Could not move the head rests down as requested, offered to wash and vacuum, they did not vacuum but insisted they did. Waited another 15 minutes for them to do what they said they did. What I did get was a bunch of reasons like "we just have a skeleton crew here on Sundays" which sounded more like excuses. My last experience was also misleading, but Liz fixed it. I'm not sure if it's incompetence, laziness or stupidity, but I was completely underwhelmed by this experience, as well as overcharged. I wonder if I'm getting the same service Herb Chambers gets. I doubt it. More

We immediately felt that we stepped into a new world of car dealerships. We were greeted warmly--listened to, respected, and valued. Rich Baldani helped us through the range of decisions, took the time necessary, and made sure we felt valued and important. It was a great experience. Rich cares more about building a relationship with you than actually selling a car. Finally, Moustafa guided us through the business end of the process with grace and humility. He is an interesting and compelling man with a deep intelligence and compassion. HC of Boston is an island in the rouge seas of car dealerships--I would highly recommend this dealership for BMW sales. More

James took his time in explaining all the details of the different vehicles and took us on multiple test drives. We fell in love with the X1 but wanted to keep our options open to other brand vehicles. James never pressured us into buying a BMW, he simply let us know he was there when we needed him in the future. I really like that about James. A lot of dealerships are pushy and make you feel like you are just another sale but not James. He made my husband and I feel special and he always took his time. In the end, because of James' professionalism and compassion, we purchased a BMW X1 and we are so happy with our vehicle. It's a beautiful car! I ultimately ended up going with a different car but I will definitely contact Ahmed again when I'm next in a market for a BMW. More
