Leak in our BMW X3: "happens all the time" We took in our BMW 2016 X3, bought June 2015, because water was leaking from the headlights and speakers on the roof. Given how new the car was and g We took in our BMW 2016 X3, bought June 2015, because water was leaking from the headlights and speakers on the roof. Given how new the car was and given it's a BMW, I was very surprised and disappointed when this happened. When I went to pick it up and expressed my concern to our service advisor, he mentioned this "happens all the time." When I asked him to confirm, he repeated "happens all the time," which definitely is not what I expect from BMW service and from BMW cars. I hope that this is not true as we would prefer our roof not leak again the next time it rains. He then mentioned my car will be coming outside and to step outside, which i found was quite rude. I believe a simple apology and rationale, and perhaps some reassurance would've suffice. The car took at least 15 minutes+ to come over from the time i had asked, which I thought was too long, but the person who brought the car was very polite and professional. I would not recommend Nick for any service consultation or services. More

There's never any pressure and he worked closely with me to get exactly the options I wanted. I just took Performance Center delivery of a 2016 X5e Plug In Hybrid and it was a very good experience. The driving school was very good and the instructors were extremely knowledgeable. When I took delivery the associate was expert at the X5E and showed me every single feature of the car. He also paired my phone and downloaded the remote app and got it going and demonstrated it. I highly recommend Herb Chambers BMW Boston and Sheraz as my sales associate More

Service: I'd like to thank James Gibbons who has been my service advisor on multiple occasions doing an exceptional job in servicing my 2012 X5. From check-in to check-out, everyone is doing a phenomenal job (valet, receptionist, loaner service, service advisor, etc.). The lounge area is very comfortable should you choose to wait, or opt-in for courtesy shuttle drop-off or book a loaner in advance, many options are available to ensure customers like myself are happy with the whole experience. I am now the proud owner of 2016 X5 and looking forward to the enjoyable service appointments. More

He called and kept me up to date with the various steps in the process. Obviously an accident was not what I was planning but Herb Chambers BMW got me back on the road. More
