I placed a 1k deposit towards a BMW M2 Xdri, vehicle is not in production and will not be for a few months, deposit is for an allocation only. It appears my sales rep, Mike Semedo, took deposit vehicle is not in production and will not be for a few months, deposit is for an allocation only. It appears my sales rep, Mike Semedo, took deposit prematurely, should have advised to wait. I had to request re refund due to a separate matter which arose, Mike tried to claim i would not be able to deposit again, a mere line to avoid refund and or lose sale. My refund request was on a Wednesday, in was not processed until the Monday after; despite bogus lines saying it was processed. Needless to say, I won't deposit again, i will go to another dealer whom isn't so shady. More
