Great service but using the web site to get the appointment was a bit tricky. When I left the tire pressure had not been reset so the warning stayed on my display until I could clear it. I’ve arrived around 7am to get my car serviced. It was quiet busy and there was only one service advisor available(James Gibson) . He was a overwhelmed and frustrated since there was a long line. A It was quiet busy and there was only one service advisor available(James Gibson) . He was a overwhelmed and frustrated since there was a long line. Anyways I asked him a few questions in regards to service. He seem very agitated that I was asking him some clarification questions then proccee to say “ if you know all the answers why are you asking” totally unprofessional and rude. In the future I will be bringing my car somewhere else to be serviced. More
