My experience at the Herb Chambers BMW of Boston did not start off good. Unfortunately, the lady that picked up the phone was unfriendly and unprofessional. She did not try to understand my situation at all start off good. Unfortunately, the lady that picked up the phone was unfriendly and unprofessional. She did not try to understand my situation at all. Instead, she tried to tell me that I had to take my car to a body shop to fix its exterior, before getting an appointment at the Herb Chambers. She refused to help me any further. Fortunately, as I was getting ready to hang up and take my business somewhere else, Joel Colon picked up the phone. From that time on, my experience at Herb Chambers changed from awful to wonderful. He was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. In fact, Joel got me an appointment for the very next day. Joel was outstanding. From ordering me a Lyft to get home after dropping my car off at the shop, to dealing with all the insurance paperwork, Joel took care of every step of the process. In addition, he kept me up to date about everything through emails. The best surprise was getting a call from Joel, saying that the car was ready to be picked up few days before the expected. I highly recommend talking to Joel before taking your car elsewhere. Even if your phone call end up being answered by the same lady, do not let that turn you away!
