Horrible customer service Customers beware!!! I went into the shop this past Monday just for an oil change. Regardless of the two hour wait I was told I still waited. The so- Customers beware!!! I went into the shop this past Monday just for an oil change. Regardless of the two hour wait I was told I still waited. The so-called complimentary car wash and vacuum when you bring in your car for service, it never even happened! But I did not complain or make a big deal out of it. When I got home I noticed that my front wheel had been damaged. I had my wheels professionally painted two weeks ago so I know that they where in perfect condition when I brought in my car. I have parking everywhere I go and don’t need to street park anywhere for me to have done anything to them! One of the wheels had been scraped and a big piece of the paint had been chipped off as well as damaging the wheel. After calling the dealer multiple times and leaving multiple messages with various people, who told me the shop would takes responsibility that the manager would get back to me. I have not heard from anyone whatsoever. Every time I called, I was told they would respond for the damage they caused but no one has try to communicate themselves to me. I do not recommend the shop to anyone as they are unprofessional and irresponsible people and do not take responsibility for the damage they caused!!! More

Hadi Eslami, personable and always available to help. I've been leasing BMWs with Hadi for over 10 years. I've always found BMWs to be amazing cars to buy but I also need to know that I will get great ser I've been leasing BMWs with Hadi for over 10 years. I've always found BMWs to be amazing cars to buy but I also need to know that I will get great service as well. Hadi has definitely delivered on all levels. He knows what cars are the best fit for me and understands what I look for in the style and performance of the vehicle. If there's ever a problem, he makes himself available to follow through and get it resolved as quickly as possible. I really rely on my car so this really means a lot to me. I will continue to lease with Hadi in the future. More

He was say to me Sir you can't bit a house over the phone and when I started to answer , he said sir let me talk, then I lost my tamper and I raised my voice saying, Noooooo. I'm the customer, I'm calling to listen to my issue and try to solve it....it seemed like he didn't have the minimum skilss of customer service. I really like the sales guys and the general manager there. All of them are great except this guy, I don't know what problem he has. More

Noooo I returned to service department the service rep apologized had the car runnee fill my enfine with some strat cans of oil he found laying sround in the service bay what a joke and the price for all of this was over $900 the service department is ripoff city I have had my BMW serviced here before I should have known better More
Great and will return soon! The reason I came in was to have my rear brake light repaired to renew my state inspection. After replacing the bulb it went out again (notification o The reason I came in was to have my rear brake light repaired to renew my state inspection. After replacing the bulb it went out again (notification on my dashboard went off) and had to return the following day. It turned out the socket had to be repaired and had to come back in to have it repaired. In no way this was again Higor, but the service team should had quality controlled it. Higor was very attentive about the situation, and understood making a second trip the following day was a bit frustrating. He helped allocate the charges that were made the first day to put towards the fixes the second day, and also got my vehicle inspected on the same day to save me another trip. Upon receiving my vehicle back, Higor personally also came out to inspect the vehicle and tested the brake lights, which I definitely appreciated. You'll notice he's always with clients at his desk as I'm sure everyone wants to have their service consulted through him. I'll be coming back soon! More
