The actual shopping and purchasing part of my experience was great. Josue was friendly, and was easy to work with. The financing process was easy, and everyone was really friendly. I would have rated my experience as a five if it weren’t for a few things. I bought a certified, used, low mileage Z4. It had error codes, which require a service visit, as soon as I drove away. Now I have to drive back for service on a car I haven’t had a week. The post-sale follow through hasn’t been very good. No follow up call when I reached out about the error codes. I had to call the dealership again so someone would call to schedule the service appointment. Five days later I still have not received the email with all my paperwork as promised, and have no idea where in the process my registration is. Hopefully it will be ready when I take it in for the service, so they can do an inspection then as well. I’ll update to be more stars if the issues get resolved. More
