The service didn’t meet my expectations in terms of timing. Not well organised. Not enough stuff that is why it took so long. Example:It took me about 5-6 minutes in Mercedes dealerships to be out with timing. Not well organised. Not enough stuff that is why it took so long. Example:It took me about 5-6 minutes in Mercedes dealerships to be out with the loaner car and it took me about 30 minutes to do it in BMW service. Plus, when I picked up my car the front license plate was hanging on one screw. Thanks to the technician he quickly found the correct screw to attach it. To have 5 stars this dealership should work harder. Thanks. More

Just picked up my car after annual service by Herb Chambers BMW. They performed a complete check, sent me a video of the inspection and identified a number of things that needed attention.
