I was scheduled for an oil change/service on June 29, 2021 at 1:30pm. I did not get my car back until June 30 at noon. That's 23 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE. Whoever scheduled the appointment should have known how busy they were and how it couldn't be done then. Bill Kramer was great in arranging a loaner when I'd been there 2 hours and they hadn't started; he thought it should be done by that evening. When I called at 5:30, Mackenzie told me it wouldn't be done by closing time, I said I needed it by 10:00am for a trip; she said she'd pass on that info. WHY WASN'T IT SCHEDULED FOR FIRST THING IN THE MORNING SINCE THEY'D ALREADY HAD IT FOR SO LONG? Sounds like some MISMANAGEMENT IN THE SERVICE DEPT? Very disappointing. More
