Consistently Great Experiences I just bought my second car from BMW Sudbury in the last 6 years and last year helped my son buy his very first car here as well. I have tried other BMW dealers in the area but I always come back to Sudbury. They are honest and straight forward and I have consistently been able to get a very fair deal on trade ins and a very aggressive price on the new cars, and they have never been cars that they really have to deal on either (orders, M5, etc.). Instead of having an endless back and forth of offers, they are willing to fairly quickly cut to the bottom line and talk about their and my best and final. I have never left without a deal. Unlike two other dealers in the area which have all let me walk and then spent the next several days following up with me on why I haven’t changed my mind yet. Instead of offering a better deal, these other dealers try and push a lower equipped car for the price I wanted to pay. Do yourself a favor and check out BMW Sudbury. My recent CA was John Trifilo, I highly recommend him. My son and I also use BMW Sudbury for service and they have done a great job after the sale as well. More

From the sales rep I worked with, to the service team, to the GM I was treated with respect and felt like I was being prioritized with whatever I needed. I've dealt with some very poor dealerships in the past and have to say I won't be buying from anyone but BMW Sudbury going forward. Rachel Vonkahle: Internet sales, she could give you a quotation over internet, which is not easy to get from internet for BMW cars. More

Great Overall Experience (Charlie Karkaetedes): Could not ask for a better salesperson. We explained to Charlie that we came in looking for an X1 because we saw a really good (Charlie Karkaetedes): Could not ask for a better salesperson. We explained to Charlie that we came in looking for an X1 because we saw a really good deal on their website. Charlie looked up the deal and unfortunately the car with the deal was already sold. But he kept a nice positive attitude and told us that he was going to see if he could find us a deal that was close to what we were looking for. Lo and behold, Charlie found us a deal that was very close if not better than the deal that drew us in and we were able to come to an agreement and made a deal. Great guy, very patient and extremely genuine. I strongly believe that the next time we are in the market for another BMW, we are going straight back to Charlie. (Aram Takvoryan): Another fantastic employee. Aram was a very informative and helpful guy. English was not my father's first language so sometimes, when talking about financial things, words/meaning can get lost in translation. However, Aram was very patient and was willing to explain things multiple times/differently to help my dad understand. And when we were talking about additional warranties available for our new car, it did not seem like he was forcing us to buy packages. He explained every package clearly and gave his honest opinion on each's worth and value. More
