BAIT AND SWITCH!!! BEWARE very disappointing experience, true BAIT & SWITCH ad, advertised a special on a x1 that matched the description of the majority of the ones they had i very disappointing experience, true BAIT & SWITCH ad, advertised a special on a x1 that matched the description of the majority of the ones they had in stock and it was a great deal so I contacted them. Well after a fair amount of back and forth with no numbers Courtney finally tells me that deal is on one specific car that is "new" but has 4,000 miles and has been used by people. NOTHING in the ad stated this car was anything but new, and what kind of ad is for one specific car?? The ad was meant to get people in and of course that one would be gone, and then tell them the real price which is considerably higher. Just a very shady tactic that gives dealers a bad name. Thought the deal was too good to be true, and it's because it was, BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME WITH HERB CHAMBERS! More

My previous advisor was great, this guy is lier I gave 5 starts to this dealership until this guy.....loaner cars not kept for appointments (I took day off work and wasn't able to leave my car for s I gave 5 starts to this dealership until this guy.....loaner cars not kept for appointments (I took day off work and wasn't able to leave my car for service), they scratched my car twice, and failed to fix it as well. Almir is a horrible advisor, instead of admitting and apologizing, he just lies his azz off over and over and over again....whats wrong with you? hope you get fired, the dealership will be better without you! I would give 4-5 starts to the dealership and 0 to this particular advisor More

Henry Ding is simply the best client ad I had a great experience at Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury. This is the second vehicle that I leased from there. Henry Ding is simply the best client advisor that I've ever met. He is very professional, attentive, and willing to get the best deal for customers. At first, I was looking for options from other dealerships. However, after I found out that the shrewsbury bmw jacked up the lease interest rate and played tricks on me, I realized that I should always stick to Herb Chambers. The staff here are friendly, honest and efficient. I will definitely do business with them again. Thank you! More
