Hi Sean, Thank you for reaching out. I would appreciate if the car could be cleaned. Not sure what happened, but maybe because we had to change the pickup date that it was left outside. My main concern is the tire rim/ brake area you can see rust on the left front wheel. I believe this car was outside all winter at the old Mercedes on route 27. Would like someone to look that it is okay. And clean this area. Thank you, Cynthia Ragusa

Hi Sean - Thank you for responding to my review. I felt the service advisor was not as accommodating as I have always experienced in the past. For example: 01. I was in the waiting hall all the time while he did all the paperwork to get my car in for service without even considering asking me if I have any questions or if I have any concerns or issues in the car. 02. The loaner car that was given to me - the service advisor handed the keys to me pointing at where the car was parked, not bothered to walk the car with me to make sure BMW of Sudbury was giving me a loner, which is in a good condition. 03. I had to walk the car on my own to make sure there are no damages or marks on the car, which could be an issue when I come to return. Infact, another service advisor watched me doing it on my own, and came to me and walked with me to make sure it was in good condition. 04. I also had a state inspection request on the car along with the service for which I was charged $35. The car was returned to me without any state inspection done. Thank God I noticed while driving back home and had to bring the car back for state inspection and wait at BMW of Sudbury for an additional 45 mins to complete the inspection. Nothing personal or against anyone, but customer care and customer experience should be a top priority when you are in the service line. Many Thanks & Best Regards
