I had an extremely positive experience at BMW of Sudbury with Sales Advisor, Charlie Karkaetedes. After the sale was completed, Charlie would call me periodically to advise me of the build status of my vehicle including its completion and shipment to the US and, finally, Sudbury. The vehicle I ordered had all available electronic options and Charlie, as part of the delivery service, went over each and every one of them with me for over an hour. Even after the sale and delivery, Charlie checks in with me to see how the car is running and to ask if I have any new questions, which I almost always do. My wife bid on and won a toddler BMW peddle car at the “Hope Sudbury” auction a how pleased I am with BMW Motors in Sudbury thanks to John Gallello. My wife bid on and won a toddler BMW peddle car at the “Hope Sudbury” auction a few weeks ago. It turned out that the car did not work very well for our three year old grandson as he could not reach the peddles. When I tried to adjust the peddles the car no longer worked as it gave this thumping noise when it went along. I noticed that the rods were bent the wrong way and it could not be adjusted to fit our young grand son. I went to your place of business (BMW Motors in Sudbury) and spoke with John and after I explained the problem he took my word for it (as I did not have the car with me) and ordered a new peddle car, with no hassle. Two weeks later he called me and told me that I was right and the new car did have the same problem as the one I had. He said that he would try and fix it and he did. I went in and we swapped peddle cars and the new one works perfectly. My grand son could not be happier. If all your customers are treated as well as I was then I predict that your company will continue to do extremely well. The name of the game is customer service but I am sure you know that. 1000 thank yous for having someone like John Gallello in your employee. Herb Chambers has a unique way of presenting its product to a customer. My impressions of this dealership are all positive. My experience with Jason are as follows; I met Jason explained I was interested in a used Lexus RX 350 that was on his lot. Went to view the car, battery was dead, 'no problem', within a few minutes Jason was back with a battery pack and had started the car. The RX350 seemed to be exactly what my wife and I were looking for. I asked Jason if it would be possible on our test drive to stop by my house so my wife could take a look at it, 'no problem' my wife got to do a test drive back to BMW of Sudbury, all and all a enjoyable experience. Since this was a used RX 350 we wanted our mechanic to look over the vehicle again 'no problem', Jason coordinated with our mechanic to bring the RX 350 to him, this was not a easy process since my mechanic hade a emergency and had to cancel the first appointment, Jason drove the car to our mechanic and waited while he inspected the vehicle. I met Jason after the inspection and drove back to BMW of Sudbury for the final purchase arrangements. We are pretty particular about our vehicles and the work done by the techs continually meets a high standard. They treat the car as if it was their own and I’m always pleased with the quality of the work done. I highly recommend the service department at BMW of Sudbury. More
I usually buy my BMWs from Tuley BMW in Nashua ,but decided to give a try to my local one in Sudbury ,and I was not disappointed. David Williamson who was my adviser offer to test drive,freshly brewed coffee( wich was awesome after long day at work :-) ) I came on the night before Thanksgiving at about 7 pm, did test drive and by the time I finish with negotiation it was close to 9 pm,I choose to do paperwork on the same date and thanks to Mark Bertolli who was the paperwork guru I finish all business by about 10 pm. I did not realized that they were close at 8 30 but stay to work with me till all was done. On the day of delivery David Williamson went extra-mile with explanation of all the car futures ,help me to set up Sirius xm radio plus SOS system in case of emergency.
