I decided to give Herb Chambers BMW in Sudbury an opportunity in my new car purchase for I was referred to them from an individual whom I had done business with several times previously (John at Bent opportunity in my new car purchase for I was referred to them from an individual whom I had done business with several times previously (John at Bentley). John had me speak to the GM Kosta at BMW. At that time I thought I had my mind made up to do business with another BMW dealership here in MA but after working with Kosta, I changed my mind. Along with choosing the model, color, options and everthing else of my new car, I had a special request on the 2011 BMW I wanted to order and he had to check into the availability and specifics of this "unique" request. He was quick to follow up and provided me with all the information and details I needed to make the buying decision. Because of the way I was treated, the professionalism of the staff and being competitive in pricing (I traded in my 2008) I chose to go with Herb Chambers of Sudbury. Kosta turned the sale over to James who then supported the remainder of the transaction who was a great guy to work with also.
