I usually never take the time to write reviews, but I am so impressed with BMW of Sudbury and in particular Kevin Conrad and his General Sales Manager, Jason Choquette that I felt compelled to give credit w so impressed with BMW of Sudbury and in particular Kevin Conrad and his General Sales Manager, Jason Choquette that I felt compelled to give credit where credit is due. I have been leasing cars (Jaguars, Mercedes, Lexus and BMW's) since 1994 every 24-36 months and have never been treated with such respect from a salesman as I was during my search for a new car at BMW of Sudbury and in paricular with Kevin and Jason. I was researching the 6 series as the possible choice for my new car. Kevin was extremely informative, not only of the BMW brand, but also of the 6 series. He was respectful, personable, very patient and willing to take me on 2 test drives to make sure this was the car for me. I never felt pressured nor hard sold on a purchase by Kevin nor his boss Jason despite the time spent explaining the car, the service and pricing with me. Although I am still on my search for the 'car for me' BMW Sudbury is top on my list as the dealership, the salesman and the team I most want to work with. I will recommend Kevin Conrad to everyone I know. More
Kevin Conrad was the person I dealt with at the dealership. Kevin was extremely helpful and was a relaxed nice guy though the entire process. After going to about 6 dealerships looking for the right Mercedes or BMW, I was very frustrated with all the slick talk, but little action. Kevin was amazing - he actually listened to what I wanted, understood many of my unspoken but desired details, was patient with all my idiosyncracies, was exceptionally responsive in his follow through...and got me the car I wanted, after searching wide! The entire experience, even introducing me to Louis at the Service desk as I left, was great. And I love the car - a 335 xi powerhouse! i would definitely recommend going to BMW of Sudbury...and ask for Kevin! More
I did not think I would actually ever say this, but this was a great car buying experience. I came in to test drive the new 640 Gran Coupe, which they had just received. I was surprised at how knowledgeab was a great car buying experience. I came in to test drive the new 640 Gran Coupe, which they had just received. I was surprised at how knowledgeable Yong was about the car. There was absolutely no sales pressure at all and Yong was very happy just spending time educating me on the car. I was intending to wait until next year to get a new car, but it was actually this great experience that led me to commit to a European Delivery 650 Gran Coupe. Even our pricing discussions was very pleasant, with Yong spending a lot of time helping us pick colors (including walking around the showroom to other cars to see color combinations) and other options. I actually walked away from this deal feeling good about my decision. I will not go anywhere else for my next car. More

I recently purchased a BMW 330xi. I had the pleasure of dealing with Billy Hronas. Having previously bought all of my vehicles from a family member who's in the business, this was my first time dealing wi dealing with Billy Hronas. Having previously bought all of my vehicles from a family member who's in the business, this was my first time dealing with a dealer to whom I had no personal connection - I was interested to see how the experience would be, as I've heard some horror stories. However, to my surprise, Billy was exceptionally friendly, not at all pushy or "salesy", and I left the experience feeling like I'd gotten a very fair deal. I realize that Billy "got the sale", so naturally he was gracious and congratulatory, but I really do feel like he'll be just as attentive and easy to work with if any problems arise with my new car. Overall, a great experience - restored my faith in a process I had heard far to many negative stories about! More
Horrible experience when i visited this dealership. I was looking to purchase a pre owned 328 xi. Henry refused to let me test drive this vehicle. Instead, he only let my father test drive this vehicle, even though I was the one purchasing the car. The test drive was also very rushed. We only got to drive the car for 5 minutes before he told us that we had to head back. Overall, I had a very dissatisfied experience More
Went in to pick up my 3 series, but also wanted to look into Trading for a 5 series. I saw a car I wanted online and so had already decided to see it. I had been emailed by a Brian Jung and thought I would be dealing with him. Instead I had to deal with Henry Ding. He was very rude. Right away said " Herb Chambers does not negotiate on the price of their cars". I have never heard of such a thing, but if true, they do not get my business. There are plenty of other dealerships out there, including where I bought my 3 series. I only went there cause at this point they had the car I liked and I was picking up my 3 series anyway, but I am not in any rush. Additionally they totally low balled me on the trade in value of my 3 series. Oh well, no big deal to me. Can keep looking, but they just lost a good customer because of one sales persons arrogance.
