Several months ago, we went to look at new cars and being ignored for 1 hour we left. We bought a new car at another dealership. Most recently we brought our 2016 X5 in for a suspected oil leak. We were hit with a staggering $14,000 estimate which eventually became $20,000. They charged $850 for a diagnostic that was inconclusive; they claimed they couldn't find the leak, yet somehow had the "insight" to recommend an additional $11,000 turbo replacement. Throughout the process, the staff repeatedly pressured us to scrap the car because it was "old" and buy new. It’s clear they care more about hitting sales quotas than performing honest repairs.
