Then, a simple headlight replacement under warranty took two days. When I went to pick my car up, it was not delivered to me. Instead, after about 10 minutes I got a BMW app notification that my EV had been plugged in. There was apparently some serious miscommunication happening in the shop. Outside these shenanigans the communication was good and the ability (requirement, actually) to pay online was quite nice. More

I hit a curb in my 2023 M4 Competition after being cut off. I called to the nearest dealership and it happened to be Sudbury. I spoke with Alisha and she was very knowledgeable and was able to schedule me off. I called to the nearest dealership and it happened to be Sudbury. When I arrived she had informed me that my tire and wheel coverage would allow them to repair the rim with no cost out of pocket. Due to my own reasons I chose to get a brand new wheele instead. I asked her how long the process would take and how much it would cost. She was able to get me a great price (I called a few other dealers to make sure I wasn’t overpaying) she actually got me the best price out of all of the dealers material and labor! I was offered a courtesy car which I declined because I had another vehicle to use and even though I didn’t need the car back right away Alisha had the car completed the very next day. I received a video of my vehicle before the repair and they went over every detail of my vehicle even though I was only there for a replacement wheel.
