I was not happy with this service appointment. First, they forgot to do the state inspection even though it was on the work order. When I brought it up the person acted as though it was my fault. The “vehicle check” service was not explained either before or after the service. There was no video sent to me of a technician checking out my car. When questioned about the $50 discount coupon mailed to me I got a song and dance about how it did not apply. Overall I felt rushed through, especially when checking out. This is not the experience I had previously at Sudbury BMW nor is it how I expect to be treated at a luxury car dealership. My X5 had a problem with the wiper fluid pumps and my normal mechanic couldn't address it so had to bring it to a dealer. Brought it to Herb Chambers Sudbury and they did a solid job fixing it in a timel normal mechanic couldn't address it so had to bring it to a dealer. Brought it to Herb Chambers Sudbury and they did a solid job fixing it in a timely manner. However, about 5 days later I was on the road in heavy rain and had leaking coming in from the roof. I called them back to explain this had never happened before and the sunroof drains probably got clogged while work was being done the prior week. Oulay in the service department told me this could not possibly be their fault. He told me people always think something goes wrong with the car in their shop but it's never their fault. Great experience so far. Escalated to Justin who also told me they could not be correlated, despite the fact that the leak was coming from the same part of the car where the wiper fluid reservoir is and the drain goes all the way down to the tire (right where the work was done the prior week). Horrible experience and now I'm out another nearly $1k because they would not take any responsibility for their work and insisted it was just a coincidence. I went through with the work because I have a newborn at home and can't afford to go back and forth with them. Don't bring your car here. More

BMW X1 was brought in for 40k service and brakes. At the end of the day I was told my wheel locks had seized and it would be additional labor ($200) to remove the wheel locks. I declined as I recently had the wheels rotated without issue. I picked up the car the next day and my low tire pressure indicator went on as they never filled the air in my tires. All service indicator lights are still on. In speaking with the dealership numerous times that day the offered $90 credit, someone to reset my indicator lights, and a free detail. Also, my wheel lock key went missing. The dealership quality has drastically diminished over the years; this being confirmed when told the service director and technician were terminated. More
