My car guy Anthony Dalrymple was fantastic, we actually joke at home about him being part of the family. Every aspect of the Chevrolet dealership is great from my sales guy Anthony with his humble yet knowledgeable approach to the whole sales team asking me if I needed any water or ice cream, I mean who says no to ice cream. Right when I walked in I was greeted by Anthony with a huge smile and this cheerful excitement about him got me excited to buy a new vehicle that day. At first we were looking at a brand new Equinox but when we saw the certified pre owned it was a no brainer, better warranty than new and a ton of bells & whistles. The process went very smoothly and they actually sent over the pre-owned manager Edison Shurda who gave me more for my trade then I anticipated. I met many managers like Corey Upton who was the numbers guy, I was ready for a battle but not with Corey he spent more time talking about me and my family then we did numbers. The number came out exactly where we wanted to be since I just got engaged therefore we are saving for the wedding, they made it work for my situation and I couldn’t be happier. Last but not least my finance guy Bobby Haddad was awesome; he offered me products in a non-pressuring way that it showed he was trying to help us not sell us. This dealership as a whole is the only place to buy a vehicle from, and the only dealership I would recommend all of my friends and family. A big thanks to all the guys down at Herb Chambers Chevrolet especially our car guy Anthony Dalrymple, we will see you in a few years for our next vehicle. More

The service engine soon light came on in my 2005 Chevrolet Z71 Pickup on Wednesday night. Thursday morning I took my truck over to the dealership. I told Scott Lyon my service advisor what was goin Chevrolet Z71 Pickup on Wednesday night. Thursday morning I took my truck over to the dealership. I told Scott Lyon my service advisor what was going on with my vehicle. Once again Kevin McCaul worked on my vehicle. Kevin was able to find the problem. It was a faulty solenoid. My truck was repaired and I was on my way in a couple of hours. The experience with Scott and Kevin was exceptional as usual. Scott and Kevin are always smiling and professional every time I have been to this dealership. I would definitely recommend Herb Chambers Chevrolet of Danvers. Awesome Service Dept. When we got there, Mike was the first one to greet us on the lot. He had a big smile on his face and was very infomative. On (Friday) January 24, 2014 my 2003 Tahoe broke down, I was towed into the dealership, upon my arrival I was greeted by Scott Lyon who promptly put his attention to my needs. A few hours later Scott calle was towed into the dealership, upon my arrival I was greeted by Scott Lyon who promptly put his attention to my needs. A few hours later Scott called to inform me that it was my alternator and battery. Kevin McCall was the mechanic that stayed past 5pm to make sure that the repairs we completed. By 7pm that evening I was able to pick up my vehicle. Over the weekend my Tahoe was still not running right, first thing Monday, January 27, 2014, my Tahoe was brought back in, again we were greeted promptly by Scott. He listen to what was going on, and Kevin McCall was the mechanic, he quickly found that the fuel pump was faulty. The service and attention we received by Scott & Kevin was exceptional. We will always bring our vehicles to Herb Chambers Chev. in Danvers for our repairs. We have experienced great service every time we need service. Great job Scott & Kevin!!! Thank you. More
