Was a bit early for my 8AM oil change appointment....ran into Mark at the Service Dept door. He welcomed me inside and began the check in process immediately. Mark told me he would order the parts and schedule a follow-up appointment as soon as they came in. I found Mark to be efficient and personable in our dealings. If more folks in Service had a similar demeanor, maybe car dealerships wouldn't such a tough reputation to work out from . I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment! More

I was curious to see what sort of Sales Representative I was going to deal with when I arrived, but Steve has a very calming and professional manner to him. He makes customers feel welcome and his attitude/demeanor keeps the conversation very down to earth and real. All of the requests that I made prior to signing for my truck, were delivered by the time I picked it up. Steve kept to his word and that is everything. The Auto Sales industry needs more Steve's.
