Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree is a fantastic place for service. I have been there several times for service on my trucks and eventually bought a truck from them. I have never had the feeling that I have b service. I have been there several times for service on my trucks and eventually bought a truck from them. I have never had the feeling that I have been overcharged or was misinformed about any work that may need to be done. Drew handled my last service perfectly and kept me informed throughout the work and even when something extra needed to be done, he was great in his explanation and got the work done promptly.
