Worked with Sean DeSilva. Mr. DeSilva was taking care of three customers and had the courtesy to take the time to communicate with me that he was going to help me with my appointment. I explained to Mr. De three customers and had the courtesy to take the time to communicate with me that he was going to help me with my appointment. I explained to Mr. DeSilva my car problems and he looked my mother’s name in the system and saw that she was a regular customer. After a lengthy conversation with him he was able to assist me with my car needs.Because of Mr. DeSilva professionalism, good customer services skill, passion to serve people and willing to go the extra mile I will be returning to this dealership. He really cared about serving customers the best way he can. Also, when he thinks things are beyond his approving power, he will consult with his supervisor to make sure the customers get the best services they can. Horrible experience, we leased a Honda Civic at the end of the 3 year agreement decided to buy it. The car is in brand new condition with only 2,800 miles on it. We went two weeks ago there, agreed on the of the 3 year agreement decided to buy it. The car is in brand new condition with only 2,800 miles on it. We went two weeks ago there, agreed on the final price, paid it off and did sign all the paperwork. We were told to come this past weekend again to leave the car for the plates and sign the purchase and sale agreement. We did go early morning signed the “Purchase Contract” and left with a rental. Later on received a call from DJ the service manager telling us that we had to pay additional $1,200 because the car needs “service” and exactly for these three items: 1. Change cabin air filter, 2. Change windshield wipers, 3. Clean the brake rotors for the front wheels. Told him absolutely not, we did agree and sign the contract with the final price and everything should have been included there. DJ threatened us to take the car back, if we didn’t pay. Once we refused for the second time, he lowered the price to $827. Told him two things, 1. this was a brand new car with only 2,800 miles on it and he was trying to rip us off, 2. they were going to give the car back to us because the contract was signed and they already took the money from our bank account. We had to go back there the same day and speak to another manager to get the car. More
