4th time here, very disappointed. Usually see Robert Hall who was not in. Had 10:15 oil change appt and did not leave until after 2:00 pm. Only 1 service representative (DJ Jackson) & therefore very long wai who was not in. Had 10:15 oil change appt and did not leave until after 2:00 pm. Only 1 service representative (DJ Jackson) & therefore very long waiting line. Not very happy with this visit at all - No follow-up during wait, very loud talking. Not a pleasant experience at all. I never got what they promised over the phone brought me in to waste my time. A lot of fake 5 star reviews, new profiles being made by employees or someone else to make ratings go up.
