"Felt like family"

My wife and I came into Herb Chambers Honda in Boston undecided between a used HRV vs a new one. We were blessed to work with Felix who was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helped us make the best decision for US not just whatever was the higher priced option. He worked with us, answered all of our questions, and frequently checked in with us through the whole process. It felt like he was taking care of beloved family members the way he approached the interaction with such care and thoughtfulness. His customer service skills are exemplary. He was the consummate consultant. I cannot express just how pleased we were with the entire interaction.

"Great experience at Herb Chambers Honda! Ask for Taylor Lee."

I recently bought a brand new car from Herb Chambers Honda, and the whole experience was excellent. Everyone was very welcoming. Our salesman, Taylor Lee, was very patient, knowledgeable, and explained things very well. I never felt rushed or in any way pressured to purchase. I got the payment plan that I wanted and the APR that I wanted. Car shopping can be intimidating, but Taylor immediately put me at ease. I've purchased at other dealers before, and while they were good, Herb Chambers takes many extra steps to show the buyer is valued. Without reservation, I recommend Herb Chambers to everyone. And look for Taylor!

"Brake repair on short notice"

Began hearing a scraping noise from rear brake area. I checked what I could and determined no fluids leaking and no obvious dragging parts. Called on a Tuesday PM, dropped off car and service was done timely the next day including oil change, tire rotation and warranty air bag replacement.
