Impressed with Honda of Burlington from beginning of serve until the end. Chris was very personable , knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating. Providing shuttle back home was huge help and cleaning serve until the end. Chris was very personable , knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating. always great service and explanation of what’s going on or what might needed to be done. Couple of sitting areas while you wait. And a quiet area if you wanna work. The only issue with that executive lounge is there is only one plug outlet. Four walls but only one plug outlet for a customer. also, the snacks and apples are downstairs and not anything up in the 'executive' lounge. they will always look for a coupon for you if you can’t find what yours and Service really is great. also, unlike Honda down in Norwood, they don’t charge you extra for using a credit card.
