She told me when the service techs will look at my car and what time she will call me to tell me what’s wrong. 3 hours later I received a phone call from Jessica that my car was fixed and what the problem was. She was even patient with me when I asked her about something else about my car. Picked up my car and was pleasantly surprised when I noticed my car was washed and vacuumed.
