Fast even on the busy days Went for oil change and two recalls they were so busy and were unable to take in anymore cars for service. No pressure,since I already did all my research prior to contacting dealer. Only complaint was timing in picking up the car. First insurance company had a problem reading the faxed over paperwork,then when I called Pedro,twice,discovered that binding release hadn't been sent to dealership. Once it was sent,it sat in a box,and we had to call Pedro back to see what the hold up was.At that point(4:30) he hadn't checked to see if the release had arrived. We had been waiting at home since 1:30) so was getting annoyed with wasting our day sitting around. Turned out that the paperwork was sitting at the dealership,so just told Pedro that we were coming,and to please get the car ready,as we didn't want to waste more time. Car was ready when we arrived,and Pedro did a good job explaining all the bells and whistles,which I'm still adjusting to. All and all a good experience. Second car bought here. More
