Love our new CRV We recently turned in our 2016 CRV as it was a lease vehicle. We had the opportunity to work with Patrick Sisk and determine what the options were. We decided to lease a new CRV and it was a great experience! Patrick did a nice job explaining everything to my wife and I. We took the new vehicle for a test drive and Patrick provided great insight to the enhancements that Honda made to the 2019 models. He answered all our questions regarding price points and paperwork. What a great experience! I walked into Herb Chambers of Burlington and a young man named Chris Osorio was walking by and asked if I needed help. I was in the service area and I walked into Herb Chambers of Burlington and a young man named Chris Osorio was walking by and asked if I needed help. I was in the service area and told him I wanted to look at a car. He said he could help me and brought me over to his desk. He asked what I was looking for and off we went. He showed me a CRV, then asked if I wanted to drive one. At NO point did I feel any pressure. He asked what I wanted and showed me what I was looking for. He was respectful, kind, and patient, being that I am not a car person, and was just doing some investigation he was super understanding and did not pressure me and made the whole experience awesome! Long story short, Chris gave me his cell and said to let him know if I had any questions. I texted him and came back that evening with my husband and bought the car! He was awesome! He prepared the car and went over all the buttons and how to use the car and said I could come back anytime if I had any questions!
