He was attentive, straightforward, patient, honest about timelines, clear about processes, and very informative about the vehicle we were considering. Once we decided to buy the car, he maintained his attentiveness and interest in our questions. He walked us through the insurance information, and made things happen faster than we had expected. When we came today to pick up the car, he sat with us in the car and went over all parts of the car in clear detail. He even set up our phones via Bluetooth for us! Usually I find that business managers are pushy, do not listen, and make me want to run from the office. Evan was completely the opposite. He quickly determined what our needs were regarding warranties, did not waste our time trying to pressure us into buying services we did not want or need, and was very open and efficient in explaining how all the aspects of the warranties worked. We did end up buying the extended warranty on our vehicle, but not due to any pressure. We decided it based on his information, what our needs were, and the fact that he did not waste our time. And last Saturday I brought my car in for service, and even though there was a pretty long line when I arrived, the staff was very efficient, so the wait was not as long as I thought it would be and my car was ready in a little over an hour! I will be back for service in the future and I will recommend the dealership to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle! More
