On another note, I wish dealerships in general would stop with the high-pressure sales pitches regarding extended warranties. It's very annoying and insulting for a finance manager to pretend he cares about my welfare while he pushes these expensive warranties, which seldom benefit the consumer. After 3 unsuccessful attempts at fixing the problem, I gave up on my car. I came back to the dealership to see if they could work with me on replacing my car. I met Patrick Sisk, and he was able to show me a 2014 CR-V with very low mileage. I quickly decided to buy it, using my old car as a trade-in. Later that day, I drove the new car home. More
