Battery Problems The vehicle was in a body shop for a week and the battery was dead when I picked it up. I was told that the battery also went dead when it was in the shop. Since it is only about 18 months old I was suspect – but had no way of checking the battery. I took the car (a CRV) to your service department and they took me in immediately. After a thorough examination I was told that there was nothing wrong with the car's battery – or it's changing system. (Someone at the body shop had probably left the lights on.) More
Parts department needs extensive training. Just a very simple transaction and request. I called ahead to check availability and price on a part. There was nobody available at the parts window when I arrived there, but no big deal even though there was no bell to notify them (very cheap and helpful device guys). The cashier noticed and called the parts person after 5 minutes. A few minutes went by and the parts guy showed finally. Then he said that he would be right back with the part. Well, he lied as I waited another 5 minutes and I walked out empty handed. I am not sure what he was doing but he could have told me that he had to make the part and I would have waited a bit longer if neccessary, because who does not value craftsmanship? I have never encountered such bad customer serice anywhere alse before. More
