Great Honda service! I was traveling up from NC visiting Boston when a cover plate fell off from under my CRV. I drove into Herb Chambers Honda on a Saturday morning to in I was traveling up from NC visiting Boston when a cover plate fell off from under my CRV. I drove into Herb Chambers Honda on a Saturday morning to inquire whether the plate needed to be replaced. The service associate said that it was recommended and that they could fit it in immediately. 30 minutes later the job was done and, to my surprise, they charged nothing.....a credit to great Honda customer support......wonderful!!! More

Absolutely awful service. Disrespectful. I came in interested in purchasing an HR-V to all of the sales people sitting at a table. It took them several minutes before one of them begrudgingly I came in interested in purchasing an HR-V to all of the sales people sitting at a table. It took them several minutes before one of them begrudgingly stood up to help me. It only went down hill from there. They wanted my license and where I lived just to give me a rough quote on a car. I had to argue just to be able to sit in one, and even then I got told "they're over there" without so much as directions or an offer to go over the features. The sales person was rude, off-putting, and incredibly uncomfortable to deal with. It wasn't me buying a car, it was him squeezing me for every drop he could. I left when I told them I had been to another dealer and they demanded the price I was quoted there before offering any additional service. I'll never go back. I went to Cambridge Honda instead and had a wonderful experience. They got my business. Burlington did not. More
