Sergio, my Honda representative was professional, courteous, well-informed and eager to help me in every way he could. The business end of the deal went quickly and very smoothly. All the financial combinations and possibilities were laid out concisely and in terms very easy to understand. Overall I could not be happier with the transaction. The 0.05 points deducted are for the last few items on the last page of the final checklist not being filled out (battery test, etc., and, although the window sticker claimed the price included a full tank of gas, my tank was at 1/2 full when I drove away. Both very minor details, but not perfect. However, Sergio's service was, indeed, perfect. Thank you, Herb Chambers Honda. More

Service department blatantly lie I made an appointment to have my car repaired under a warranty enhancement. This of course was a problem affecting my transmission that I have been c I made an appointment to have my car repaired under a warranty enhancement. This of course was a problem affecting my transmission that I have been complaining about for years. The service department were aware of the problem and refused to acknowledge there was anything wrong. I finally got the notice from Honda that the repair starts with a software update. I made an appointment to bring my car in for the update. They told me it would only take an hour. Well, I called back two days later to find out that they never made an appointment and do not make appointments for such service. I would have sat there for hours. Nice that they planned to waste my time. They just pretended I had an appointment and when I asked why they did it, they said they didn't know! I would have been late for another appointment had I know they really needed my vehicle for hours instead of the one hour they verified when I first called. The service department is apathetic and a disgrace to the brand. Says a lot about Honda. More
