I've used this dealership for the installation of an automatic starter, a manufacturer's recall, and several mechanical repairs. My first visit did not go smoothly due to the service not being able to be performed when scheduled; Chris stepped in and explained the situation and offered to discount the service and everything went smoothly from there. He even went a step further and offered to discount Service on my timing belt after I told him that it was going to need to be replaced. I've gone back to this location multiple times and will continue to do so because of the excellent customer service I was provided by Chris a. Since working with Chris, my experience at this location has always been positive and my car is always ready when promised. Committed to fixing car! I had a handful of items with my car that needed to be addressed, including a concerning sound coming from underneath my car.
