Bad experience Took my car in for an oil change and ended up with a scratch/side swipe on my passenger front door. I couldn't believe it. Service told me they would fix at no charge and I am expecting a call from herb chambers on Tuesday. I hope you find out how it happened and I hope you will be more careful with your customers cars.
