He was very good to work with, patient and accommodating. I went in with a number in mind and he worked with me to get there. No pressure, no aggravation, no nonsense. Lance was a good guy to work with. I left satisfied and feeling happy with my experience at this dealership. On a side note, I have had my two previous Hondas serviced at this dealership through the years and have had nothing but good experiences here. They have never tried to sell me something I didn't need, they have been very polite, professional and communicative. They have always done excellent work on my cars.
