He was pretty patient because I spent a good deal of time looking at the cars to learn all the features. He also found some good options for slightly used cars that would have worked too. Honestly, I thought I was going to go test drive a couple cars, and send my husband to go buy the car for me once I picked one to get a good price. But the no-pressure attitude and respect he gave me made me as comfortable as one can be when making such a big choice. When I went back, the manager did haggle with me a bit over the price, but it was very friendly haggling and I came out with a great deal. Once the deal was made, Michael bent over backwards to deliver the car and make the experience good for me and the family, by installing the kids car seats and showing me how to use all the features of the car that my old car didn't have. Michael is pleasant to work with and a good egg, so if he helps you buy a car, he'll take good care of you. Khalid Saissi was my finance and insurance guy. He's friendly and straighforward. He simply laid out the options to buy and didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want. I asked for more information after I left and he answered right away. We did not spend as much time together as I did with the sales guys, but he was also a great person to work with and I recommend him. More

A little effort goes a long way - A+ After having just about THE worst experience at a local Acura dealership, I was so turned off from the whole car buying experience, I thought for sure After having just about THE worst experience at a local Acura dealership, I was so turned off from the whole car buying experience, I thought for sure I would end up just holding onto my current (at the time) 12 year old car for even longer. I was so in love and dead set on buying an Acura TL, yet I visited Honda of Burlington basically just to explore all other possible options. I dealt with the salesman Miguel Coelho initially and even though he could tell I had no real interest in buying a Honda, he humored me the whole time and even took the time to search the entire Herb Chambers inventory, at that dealership and all related, to see if there was any Acura TL, which he could tell I was in love with, available for me. After two weeks of HIM checking for me, long after I left the dealership with nothing more that his time "wasted", he called when a car matching my EXACT wants/needs came available. I fell in love immediately! There was a bit of a hiccup before actually picking up the car, since apparently keeping your same license plate without trading your old car in is a bit more of a hassle than it is worth, but both Miguel and manager Josh McCarthy who stepped in, were extremely apologetic for the little delay it caused and were VERY accommodating as well. Long story short, if it wasn't for Miguel and the continued service/efforts he put in long after my first visit to the dealership, this girl would not be the very happy, proud owner of the prettiest Acura TL you ever did see :) More

I Purchased a Honda Crv from Herb Chambers last week, and had high expectations for Honda, but low for the salesman who sell them. We all know how they are. So to say the least I was not looking forward to going in to deal with them. My plan was to drive the Crv then go by three dealerships near me to find someone I felt I could trust. Also to find the best deal possible on the new car and my Jeep. Thats when I met Bobby Crow at Herb Chambers Honda in Burlington. He was so warm, and welcoming on a bad day personaly. A day I was dreading. He made me feel welcome and at home right away. Bobby showed me the Crv while explaining everything in great detail without ever asking when or if I was even buying a Honda. Bobby got me the most possible for my trade by arguing with the managment. Something I would have never done. I did my research before so I had some idea what to expect.
