Service Only issue is that you can't make an appointment for an AC recharge - takes so long with 2017 CRV and ended up having to leave overnight. Huge hassle We brought our odyssey in for repairs to the sliding door that had stopped working. Summary: Falsely claimed that warranty wasn't valid, tried to We brought our odyssey in for repairs to the sliding door that had stopped working. Summary: Falsely claimed that warranty wasn't valid, tried to charge us extra amounts multiple times for things that were covered, claimed things had been installed that were not, gave us the runaround for a week. Details of what happened: 1) We were told that our warranty would not cover repairs at this dealership even though we had previously had work done under the same warranty there last month. We called the warranty company who said they absolutely would cover the repairs and to have the service center call them 2) We called service back and were then told that we would have to pay a "diagnostic fee" that our warranty wouldn't cover. We told the service person to call the warranty company as that was incorrect. 2 hours later she called back to say that in fact we were right, the warranty covered everything, and that we would only have to pay a $50 deductible plus $5 for a hook 3) We were then informed that the part would not come in until Friday, but their one and only person who could work on the repair would be on holiday until Monday so we should take it home and bring it back. So we dropped it off Sunday night, only to be told the next day that they had gotten a lot of cars in on Monday so they might not get it done. That doesn't even make sense since it is first come first serve and the repair was initiated on the previous Tuesday and should have priority, especially since the part had already arrived. 4) When we came to pick up the car, instead of $55 it was over $250. They tried to charge us for work that was covered by the warranty. When the service person realized the error it took her 30 minutes to figure out how to undo the charges. In the meantime we had a lovely conversation with a gentleman in line who had spent seven (!) hours waiting for an oil change. 5) The service person told us that the the technician had to order an unexpected extra part to repair the rear door sunscreen, so there was an extra charge for that part, which they had just ordered. We were done by that point so we asked her to remove the charge since we had not agreed to it and were not going to come back in for it at this point. She made a call and then claimed that it had been installed in the car already (which does't even make sense since she said they had to order the part because they didn't have it). So we went to check and surprise, surprise, it was not installed. She removed the charge. Overall impression: A huge hassle, service person was sometimes pushy and abrasive, sometimes apologetic and friendly. More

2-year maintenance I had a great experience this year. I walked in and June asked if I needed assistance. She worked quickly, and was very friendly and professional.
