He called and said a part was needed which wasn't in stock, but would be sent overnight and installed the next day. At 9:00 a.m. the next day he called and said it was fixed and could be picked up. He immediately had a technician look at my car to see if a part possibly needed to be ordered. After about 8 minutes the technician came in the door and said my car had been fixed and was right outside the door. They fixed the drivers side windshield washer nozzle that quickly. Great to have Service available on a Sunday Morning. More

Chris my service coordinator- coordinated the service process in such a professional, knollegeble, kind and helpful way! He keeps me well informed on the repair process, price and any needs my car has. He also facilitated the courtesy shuttle ride. Next to mention is Fiore the shuttle driver. He is always so helpful, friendly and professional. And lastly Amy did a great job with the check out process. Of course other folks helped names I didn’t get but they were positive and helpful like the guys bringing my car back and forth from the shop and the auto mechanics always giving my car great care!
