Their team has always been knowledgeable, professional and courteous including “Chris” the mechanic I deal of Burlington for car service/repairs. Their entire office staff as well has been welcoming, informative, helpful and very responsive to any concerns etc. including the woman named “June” at the front desk. Very upset and disappointed with the quality of care and service. I went in for an oil change and $500 later the car was given back to me without even speaking to the mechanic. I have been buying Honda's f service. I went in for an oil change and $500 later the car was given back to me without even speaking to the mechanic. I have been buying Honda's for years and this is the first time I have purchased a car from Herb Chambers. The sales department was very nice and accommodating but the service department is terrible. That's all they are interested in is making money. I would never go back there again. More
