Spoke with Jessica at the front desk and told her what the problem was my car into Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington for service around 7AM on 9/8. Spoke with Jessica at the front desk and told her what the problem was. Sometimes describing the noise your car makes is hard. Jessica listened to what I said and asked follow-up questions. She told me when the service techs will look at my car and what time she will call me to tell me what’s wrong. 3 hours later I received a phone call from Jessica that my car was fixed and what the problem was. She was even patient with me when I asked her about something else about my car. Picked up my car and was pleasantly surprised when I noticed my car was washed and vacuumed. Jessica was very friendly and knowledgeable. My experience at Herb Chambers thus far has been great. More
