Rear A/C Our rear A/C was blowing out hot air. June called to inform me that the diagnostic test would cost about $450. We declined to have the work done. She Our rear A/C was blowing out hot air. June called to inform me that the diagnostic test would cost about $450. We declined to have the work done. She then called me back to say that the technician looked further into the matter and noticed that we did not have the proper settings on in order for the rear A/C to work. He adjusted the settings and now the rear A/C works! The technician could have just ignored the issue once we declined to have the work done. That's what I call going above and beyond to do an excellent job! More

I never feel like I am helping to fill your quota of the day. I have had bad experiences from other dealers with that problem. I tell people to keep away from Subaru of Wakefield. Not a place where you want to spend your money. I only hope Herb Chambers gets to see this review.
