I was familiar with the dealership but had not shopped there. We decided to give it a try and were introduced to Jose in Sales as soon as we came through the door. He provided info when we asked and left us alone when we wanted to speak privately. We came to terms in a very short time and my wife and I walked away feeling that we had gotten a fair deal. We picked up the car, clean and prepped, the next evening. Jose was not available that day but they had Dave give us the training session. He was great. We finished off with the finance person (unfortunately I have forgotten his name) and were again impressed with the combination of professionalism and friemndliness we encountered. They are friendly, extremely helpful and very professional. They go out of their way to accommodate their customers upon arrival, in the waiting area and upon completion of service. I really appreciate my car getting washed after each visit. Living in Providence, R. I., Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk is less than 15 minutes away and the service hours are extensive. I can assure you when purchasing my next vehicle it will be at this dealership. Scott Birtles, the General Manager, in my opinion is the reason this dealership is so successful and has the GREAT reputation it has built over the years.
