When I walked into the dealership I had no interest in a new CR-V but Bob has helped me understand and the vehicle in a light that suits my needs and desires and I am very close to buying one of your cars off the lot as early as tomorrow. I have walked away from other dealerships due to their unprofessional and pushy behavior. Bob has been assertive but not aggressive and my business will definitely be with your dealership due to the great experience I have had with Bob. While looking for a new Odyssey, we first checked out all the dealerships on the internet and were able to view the new vehicle stocks and Herb Chambers had the largest selection. We then shopped around at a number of Honda dealerships. Herb Chambers of Seekonk turned out to the best for not only price, but for service too. Our out-the-door cost, considering the price of the new vehicle and our trade-in was lowest at Herb Chambers. That price was only the beginning of this great buying experience. The friendly and helpful service that was given to us was terrific. Our main sales person was Mohamed, who was very polite and worked with us through the whole process. He was very patient and attentive to all our questions. We never felt rushed – he worked at our pace. He took care of getting everything done, from registration, to prep and delivery of car. Always working with us and keeping us informed. The financing was taken care of by Bill. He did a great job explaining the large pile of paperwork that is required when purchasing a car. His explanations were simple and straight forward and he did not pressure us into buying all the extras. We were able to carefully consider everything and only purchase what we needed. Bill also took the extra effort with some additional paperwork for us. On the day the Odyssey was being delivered, Mohamed was there even though it was his day off. He wanted to make sure everything went well and we were happy. Kevin was the person who explained how everything worked in the car. The manuals were quite thick but Kevin was able to make sense of them for us. After that, we went out the vehicle for a hands-on training session that lasted over two hours. Kevin went into detail every feature of the car and explained not only how to operate it, but why and the best possible way to. He wanted us to get the most out of all the features and did a terrific job in teaching us. The new cars of today have lots of features and are more complicated than any of our previous vehicles; however, Kevin’s tutorial made it all seem simple. The buying experience at Herb Chambers was great and we have a great vehicle. Thank you to Mohamed, Bill, and Kevin for a well done job. More

He is a truly genuine person. We talked (drinking the coffee he made for us) as if we had known each other for years. I was very comfortable. Buying a new vehicle can be a difficult process and we were leary of a sales person pushing us to buy and not really listening to us but Bob was very comprehensive in his knowledge of the vehicle and answered all of our questions and concerns without the usual pressure that one would expect. He made the entire purchasing procedure an exciting event. My husband is very happy with his purchase and would highly recommend this dealership and in particular this sales representative as the one to go to for excellent service! More
