I first met John in September 2011 when I purchased my 2011 CR-V. John was wonderful! He took the time to explain everything and was very patient with all my questions. Fast forward to March 2012 and I saw my first 2012 CR-V. You see, when I purchased my first one I just wanted to get out of my Jeep and I took a base model. Typically, I love all the toys e.g. leather, heated seats, moon roof, XM, etc. When I laid my eyes on the 2012, I called John right away. He explained my options which at the time I did not like. So, I waited another 6 months and call him again. Actually, I think there were a couple of calls in between. I told him I had driven by and saw a white on beige leather CR-V with all the toys that I had to have. I think I also left a remark about calling "that other Honda dealer" too. John called me back and his first words were: Really Christine, I thought we were friends...did you really mention that "other dealer". Love him! He asked what time I could come by today and I said 5:30. He said he would be waiting. I left with the car. I have passed John's name to many family and friends. He is a great asset to the company. I plan to visit John for my next CR-V. Although, I'm sure he would like me to wait at least 2 years. More
