Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk

I originally went to Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk in regards to a Jeep Wrangler. Since summer is right around the corner trying to find one that was a specific year, model and price was not exactly easy regards to a Jeep Wrangler. We didn't have much luck on the original Jeep (already sold) but he told me he would keep me informed if anything came up. He did just that and beyond. Checking the inventory on his computer every hour it seemed like. Whenever anything came up I was sure to get a call with a full description of the vehicle and where it is located. This search went on for over a month and I received phone calls and honest input from Paul all the way to the end. After everything was done and final I still got a phone call from Paul to see how everything was going and to make sure I was still pleased with my purchase. I needed to buy a new car due to the total loss of my last car. I didn't want to buy a car but obviously it was a neccessity. Mr Collard was personable, friendly and extremely informative. Although this is his job, he didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time. I didn't want to buy a car because I loved my old car. However, Mr. Collard made the experience pleasant eventhough I was not in the mood to buy a new car. I would highly recommend Mr. Collard as a salesman and asked him for a couple of his cards so I could tell my friends when they are looking. This is my second car that I have bought from Herb Chambers and will continue to buy from this dealer again. More

Over all experience was GREAT! Dean came up, cut to the chase, test drove cars, ran some numbers, and let me get back to him when we were ready. Wanted to make sure some things done to the car before agreeing to buy and it was done with out a hassle. I'd recommend Dean to any as he is friendly, doesnt give you a run around, and seemed to be on top of any thing that may matter to you. When I had some questions he'd get back to me and would return my calls when i had called. The sales manager Adriel was also good to work with, which Dean introduced me to. They followed up on everything and made sure everything was good. Only thing, even though not a big deal was, wish got a tiny bit more on my trade in, but they worked with us and gave us a little more than we originally were getting, which in the end was fine. Paul Delvecchio answered all of our questions and he was very knowledgeable about the Honda CR-V that we ultimately ended up purchaing. From the start, Mr. Delvecchio was very honest and had a sincere desire to find the vehicle that was "right" for our family. He was sensitive to our needs. In particluar, to the fact that we have a 16 year old new driver in the family. Mr. Delvecchio informed us about the safety rating of the vehicle; pointed out all of the airbags; and helped us to treach the decision that it would be a safe and suitable automobile. Mr. Delvecchio's helpfulness did not end with the sale of the car. A week after we picked it up; we had a minor problem with the radio. Mr. delvecchio rectified this problem almost immediately after we brought it to his attention.
